Quentin Burdick US District Courthouse in Fargo FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – A third person has been named in a federal investigation into a commercial sex operation in Fargo. The federal indictment now lists Ronn Iverson along with Wanting Qiu and Walliam Satrang. Qiu allegedly recruited women from China to have sex with customers at Fargo hotels. Iverson, 63, has a long criminal history, including pleading guilty to failing to register as a sex offender earlier this year. He’s currently being held at the James River Corrections Center. Iverson is now accused of helping manage money for Qiu’s reported operation. Court documents say he opened an account at Western State Bank and deposited $6,000 into it to book hotel rooms. Satrang’s alleged involvement has also been revealed. He reportedly also helped Qiu book hotel rooms. Satrang has been released pending trial. Qiu is in the Cass County Jail. Iverson is scheduled to appear in Federal Court in Fargo November 17.
