NDSU to induct seven into Athletic Hall of Fame

FARGO — North Dakota State will induct seven individuals and two teams at the 54th annual Bison Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony set for Friday, Oct. 2 at the Sanford Health Athletic Complex. The 1985 and 1986 Division II national champion football teams will be newest members of the Bison Athletic Hall of Fame Champions. The seven to be enshrined into the Hall of Fame are: Football strength and conditioning coach Jim Kramer (2004-25), quarterback Steve Walker (2004-07), track and field standout Peter Wodrich (1984-88), baseball pitcher Neil Wagner (2003-05), volleyball outside hitter Rachael (Schmieg) Hovey (1998-01), women's basketball player Katie (Lorenz) Johnson (2002-06) and track and field and cross country ace Laura (Hermanson) Januszewski (2005-09).
